The Presbyterian Children’s Ministry seeks to assist parents in helping children know the character of God and begin a lifelong relationship with him through the Lord Jesus Christ. We do this through Bible study, discipleship from class teachers, and times of worship and fellowship.
Wednesday Nights
On Wednesday nights during the fall and spring, we have a children’s program for pre-K through 5th graders. We meet at First Presbyterian Church from 5:30-6:00pm for a fellowship meal.
This Fall as part of our Wednesday Nights @ FPC, our children will participate in Catechism Class that teaches the truths of the Reformed faith in simple, straightforward language. Catechism gives children the opportunity to know, love and serve Jesus, no matter their background.
Our students will be participate in one of the following classes: PreK-K, 1st-2nd grade and 3rd-5th grades.
Vacation Bible School
Each year, Vacation Bible School takes place at Idana Presbyterian Church during the week following Memorial Day.
Special Family-Centered Events
